Gave them 3 chances and they failed each time. 1st chance.... my Keurig.com account was hacked and multiple 1 item orders were placed using my card, shipping to a state on the opposite end of the country. After a painful 20+ minute phone call where I had to repeat myself multiple times that I was not the one who placed the orders and NO, I did not set up auto shipments, I was told the issue needed to be escalated and I'd get a call at some point in the next few days. I was told to make sure I was available to take the call.....ya know, because apparently I don't have a job to go to or a life to live. I ended up just disputing the charges with my bank. Never got a call from Keurig and all of the fraudulent orders shipped to the creep in Florida. Second chance....tried to place an order on the site, after changing my password. I didn't get an order confirmation after hitting submit, so I tried again. Still nothing. I tried logging out and back in, tried to place the order one more time....nothing. Due to the prior issues, I checked my CC....sure enough, 3 pending charges. Huh? I tried a chat and was told I need to call, so I did. Another long call with a promise of a callback, which again, never happened. Luckily the pending charges flinally dropped after several days, and even more luckily, I had used a CC so the funds in my bank account weren't on hold for 4 or 5 days. Third chance.... I ordered coffee pods. Order went through ok, received order in a timely manner. Put a pod in my machine and it exploded. Hot coffee grounds and water everywhere. I cleaned it up and tried another from the same box. Exploded again. I have never had this issue with pods from Keurig.com before. I reached out to customer service and explained the situation. Their response was that they aren't responsible since it's not their brand, that I need to reach out to Black Rifle Co directly. I asked why. I didn't purchase from Black Rifle, I purchased from Keurig.com. I gave Keurig.com my money. Once again, no response from them. I'm done

I ordered a Keurig K iced plus machine during the colder weather so I never used the iced coffee function until like 1 month after purchasing and it does not work! I contacted the company as it had only been like 35 days since purchasing and they basically said since it was past the 30 day return period there was nothing they could do! Do not buy anything from this company, the customer service is horrible!

Third Keurig coffee maker failed - after descale cleaning. Quality of machines has declined and failure after 1 year warranty seems common. My machine lasted 12.5 months and made approximately 200 cups of coffee at a cost of $90 dollar for the machine before failure. I like the variety of K-cup flavors, but they sit useless with yet another broken machine. the result is sending me back to $30 basket coffee maker which lasts for years with less costly per cup economics. Kuerig has killed their concept of K-cup with poor quality machines.

I purchased a mini keurig, with a 4 year warranty. I can't reach the warranty company and Amazon can't do anything to help. I spent over 2 hours on the phone trying to get help. Amazon has become very difficult to get a real person on the phone. The insurance Amazon offers is a scam. No more for me!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY LIFE. I’m almost 50 Years old and this takes the cake. GARBAGE COMPANY.

Terrible terrible decision to buy from this company. They are shipping defective and used items, and their products have become junk! Try returning the item and you will be put through hell with their customer service team. I ordered a milk frother and it came to me clearly used and worse is that it doesn’t work. Stay away from Keurig, they are not the standard they once were and are not anymore.

I purchased a Keurig Elite machine which promptly burned my coffee so i tried to send it back. The first hurdle was trying to get them to pay for return shipping. Even though I was in the 30 day return window they tried to force me to pay for return shipping. Finally they relented and sent me a prepaid label. I sent the machine back on April 22, 2026 via UPS. I was told that it would take 7 to 10 business days to receive my refund, which was substantial. Instead they changed in midstream and stated it would take 7-10 business days from the date they received it. It's been 21 days since I sent the coffee maker to them, 13 days since they received it and 10 business days but still no refund. Another call to Keurig, talking to a poor English speaker, was fruitless. She said I would receive my refund tomorrow or Friday even though I reminded her that it was supposed to be in my account today. She became flustered when I asked to speak to a Supervisor and said they were too busy and that she would escalate this return to corporate, which is an empty promise. I called Paypal, since I purchased it through them, but if I file a complaint it could take 20 more days to receive a refund. So I'm stuck. It's been 21 days since I sent Keurig the coffeemaker and I'm no closer to getting a refund then when I sent it out. Horrible company. Poor customer service.

Customer service is terrible! Purchased a essentials plus machine 5 months ago. Today it started smoking and smelling like a short happened and now does not work. Called customer service. They offered me a 35% off coupon on their website. Went to purchase the same essentials plus and I says I could not apply the coupon (apparently because it was on "sale") I called customer service and said I don't want a different style and 90% of your machines are "on sale"!!! I stated, your "sale price" is the same price I would pay if I went to Wal mart and purchase it off of the shelf! Why would I wait 7 days shipping to receive the product when I can go to Wal Mart and purchase it 5 minutes from now?! Got the run around. Don't think I'll be purchasing a Keurig again. Nespresso might be my next purchase
