Buyer beware unless you have purchase documentation, i.e. receipt or order conformation you have no warranty with Keurig. We are on our 3rd Keurig duo coffee maker in 2026. One lasted only a month... who knew Keurig was now an expensive disposable product.

I have owned 2 Keurigs. The first died immediately after the "descaling process." I purchased another. The second Keurig I owned started alerting "DESCALE" within a couple of months. I had always changed the filter on time and used filtered water. This lead me to believe that a "DESCALE" alert simply shows up at a preprogrammed interval, whether the unit actually needs to be "descaled" or not. Since my previous Keurig had a massive failure after the "descale" process, I chose to not descale. I have since found out that many Keurig units have a malfunctioning sensor that alerts to "DESCALE" and then does not recognize the "descale" process and continues to alert to "DESCALE" even after the descale process has been performed. I currently only use my Keurig unit when I have a lot of guests who want coffee. It is efficient. I use a glass coffee press otherwise and it is easy and tastes delightful, as well as being much more environmentally-friendly. Comment to Keurig: Due to your lack of attention to fix your product deficiencies and your "outsourced" customer service lines, you've lost me as a customer.

We’ve had our Keurig coffee maker for several years. It’s OK, the coffee comes out nice and hot and you can buy different pods. Not sure if we’ll buy another when this one conks out. The Nespresso one seems good, but you’re stuck with Nescafé.

I love the size and color of my first Keurig. However, it wasn't as impressive as I thought it would be. Within the first 3 weeks of use, the dispensed nozzle started to leak. I have to put a napkin under it after every use to catch any drips that still come out.

I purchased the duo coffee maker about a month ago. I am not happy at all regarding the heat plate. It’s teflon and it’s just peeling. One month and this happens!!!!

I have wrote them twice about machine issues with different machines this last was descaling sticks to the machine can NOT get it out I have changed the water tank to a new one I had, washed all removable parts, ran water thru the machine emptying it 3 times & still its there.. wrote Keurig with NO response, trying to remember my last issue (sorry memory at times) but I know they did not reply ended up buying a new machine.. so this is machine 4 will NOT buy again.. it was only one I knew for pods.. did not have time to look around.. that is another thing I use Keurig approved coffee Victor Allen OR the fill it yourself approved pod filler & lately keeps telling me ooops won't work.. have to play with it for 5 minutes to get it to work.. who wants to do this BEFORE coffee... their lack of response shows their lack of concern

Purchased Keurig Elite about 9 months ago. All of sudden the amount of coffee made lowered significantly. We had to run the maker twice to get a full cup. I called Keurig once and was asked question after question as to what kind of cups we use ( only k cups). Serial number , cleaning instructions, only didn’t want to know my first born information. Finally got off and did all cleaning instructions, descaling everything. Brewed a cup next morning the same. Called them back spoke to Rodrico,or Rosario something like that again for thirty minutes going over the same thing as first. He was going to send us a new filter, should have it in 3 to 7 days.Two weeks later no filter. Now I getting upset, brewing is getting worse and to get large cup need to brew twice. I called and spoke to a young lady,ten minutes later was finished and received a new brewer in three days, no problems with this one yet. It was a real pain getting to this point ,however they did do the right thing. The damaged brewer was discarded. The final was resolution was nice but what happened to the filter. Would never give more then three stars because of the hassle.
