Ordered a brewer online for a Christmas gift. Was delivered on December 7, 2023 on December 8th I called keurig support because the brewer was making a very loud noise an not brewing full cup. Went thru troubleshooting nothing worked. Lady said my pot would be replaced I proceeded to send all my info to them. I have called numerous times in the last week an still have not gotten anywhere. They refuse to send me a new brewer. I will never order from them again lesson learned. They don't deserve the one star

If I could give no stars I would, Just got thus from Walmart today got it home and it didn't work. After trouble shooting I called customer support, I got a person I barely could understand, and was told they were sending me a new one after I do a bunch of stuff first that was going to be emailed to me after I ended the call. Well no e mail and here I am with defective keurig. That I hope can return and exchange at Walmart for a new one.

I have owned 2 of the top Keurig brewers in the past 3 years, The second is done after 1 year. The quality is poor and the support and service is even worse. Take my advice and purchase a different system.

My mother-law bought us a Keurig-duo 1 year ago. DO NOT Buy THIS PRODUCT. The unit sucks. First the glass craft leaks when you pour a cup of coffee. Yes, I called and had it replaced and same thing, it leaked also. Now the bottom of the maker leaks water, every morning I have a puddle of water all over my kitchen counter. I very surprised and pissed how poorly keurig-duo is made.

wrong part sent no refund or even talk of one. they don't sell all parts for their machines. out of country customer service with poorly trainer reps. Will not be buying another one.

Bought Keurig plus, used less than a year, smelled like burnt wiring, wouldn’t turn on. Called Keurig, they sent me a replacement. It worked 7 months, we are retired and gone a lot, so it had light use. The replacement unit did the same thing. It’s been several months since it stopped working, I can still smell burnt wiring. I could call them but obviously there is a problem and I think it is a safety issue. I also had a smaller unit without the water reservoir and it didn’t last long, either. Have another in motor home that has lasted longer. One out of four is not good odds. No more Keurig for me.

After a year I turn over the unit to clean my miniplus and never turn again, I call customer service, after 34 minutes of back connection poor english and poor customer service the told me it had warranty and 5 minutes later that I didn’t, this is my second unit going bad after it is turn over. Would not recommend this product or company
