Only issue was the time. They arrived 1 hour earlier than I was quoted and I was not at the drop off location but they were able to come; otherwise, friendly, efficient, and helpful.

Quite possibly the worse customer service I had in my life. The manager Michelle sets a low bar for the rest of the staff, by making empty promises and compounding that with inauthentic apologies.

Delivery was on time and set p was perfect. They even brought cookies.

From start to finish our experience was excellent. We will be returning to Kensington the next time we order furniture.

I could not be more pleased with the helpfulness and courtesy of the Kensington staff. In particular, Jerry Earling who spent hours upon hours providing me with decorating ideas and samples and actually came to my new home to view the space so he could make recommendations so that eventually I could make my choices with confidence. I feel we have furnished our home with quality furniture at very reasonable prices and when in need of additional pieces in the future, we will certainly go to Kensington.
