Cant tell you enough how great my experience at Kensington was! It was the last furniture store I went to. After many awkward, pressured, expensive, and uncomfortable experiences, Kensington hit it out of the park! I was able to see in person the options I saw on Kensington's website. The quality was apparent, the prices were more then fair, and the customer service was fabulous. Every employee at Kensington including Lisa & Eladin were top notch! Wouldn't want to go anywhere else for my next furniture purchase!

Delivery guys were on time and very courteous. They were in and out in under 5 minutes.

We recently relocated to a new home and had to buy a substantial amount of new pieces of furniture. We found, Jerry, to be amazing in helping us decide what would look great and where to place certain items in our new home. Exceptional service at Kensington and quality furniture.

Ordered a bedroom set the first week in November. Delivered in late December with the wrong bed. Waited for 3 months to get the correct bed. Storage bed delivered late March with an issue with the drawers. When will it gets right? Probably will not purchase there again. I asked for some type of compensation with no reply.

Very nice delivery men, called to say they were on the way and setup was a breeze. Couches were in perfect shape. I enjoyed my shopping experience both in the showroom and with the on time delivery of my purchase. I would highly recommended shopping at this store and will be a return customer.

We came to Kensington frustrated that we had been to a number of stores but hadn't been able to find what we wanted to work in our living room space. After a short walk around the floor and some guidance from the sales people we had some fresh ideas of how to best use our space and a new sofa set picked out. Love the staff here! Not pushy and completely helpful! Thanks!

These guys were the best delivery team out of all the furniture companies we used during our move in. Super friendly and they appeared to enjoy working. I would recommend to anyone!
