Delivery men were great and very professional

The delivery men very polite!

The professional and courteous personnel are such a asset, the quality of the selection offered inviting. Outstanding patience dealing with the many questions, understanding that the clients are often indecisive with such an major purchase.

Great experience delivery gentleman were terrific

David was awesome! He gave me a brief explaination of the layout of the store and allowed me my space to look around on my own but was just around the corner to answer any questions I may have had. Once I narrowed down my choices David was very knowledgeable and gave me all the advice I needed. The purchase process went smoothly and any follow up was very timely. I would recommend Kensington to anyone!

Once they got here, they were good.

The delivery guys were nice and very thoughtful. However, the customer service at Kensington were terrible. We left multiple messages about our delivery and the status of it, and never heard anything until they received our order at the store. Despite them "personally reviewing" all the items for our order to make sure everything was there and in perfect condition, they managed to send the bed out for deliver without the drawer hardware. Furthermore, the customer service reps stated they would get back to us within a half hour to let us know when hey could deliver the remaining items to us. After 5 days we didn't hear anything, so we called and still no one was able to give us an answer and would tell us AGAIN that we would have to wait for a call back. Communication is terrible!
