I had a problem with the sofa I bought 2 years ago. I bought the extended warranty and that Company was totally useless. They said my sofa was not covered for normal wear and tear. The springs were worn from normal sitting and it sunk lower on that side. If someone jumped on it and broke the structure, it would have been covered. I called and spoke to Josh at Kensington and he got the rep to send out a tech in a few days to fix it. I am so pleased that they made sure their customer was satisfied. That behavior is one of integrity. Customer satisfaction is Number 1!!!
