Our family is very disappointed as we had a little over 25,000 points we saved up. My Autistic son who picked out the 8 pack cereal bowls of different characters like Foot Loops etc. will be very sad that he will not be able to redeem the points for the reward of his choice. I called consumer affairs only to be told that program ended. I was not notified by email of the change nor text or any type of way Kellogs could have notify persons. My entire family is very large and we decided to not buy Kelloggs again. Post, General Mills & store brands have our business now!!!

I hate this new reward program. It takes a lot to sign in. I miss the monthly coupons that were available.

I am so frustrated. got in a few weeks ago and didn't get credit for activities. contacted customer service and they claimed I did. now when I try to log in...no luck... tried everything possible ..phone/laptop, new password , different browser,.."sorry" "sorry". UGH!!!!

They deserve no stars! It’s so difficult to upload receipts or text! I feel they make it difficult on purpose!

I would give KFR a negative number if I could. I cashed in all points for coupons before the end of December only to find them unprintable. Every coupon came with the error message, COUPON ALREADY PRINTED MAXIMUM NUMBER OF TIMES even though they had not been printed once! KFR has not responded, shocker!

Old site was horrible and now the new site is even worse! You do not get the tokens you are supposed to gor the activities they have you do. Then when you do finally get the tokens put in the account manually by customer service, you cannot redeem the tokens for rewards and they refuse to do anything about it!!

Unable to Sign In Still. This Rewards Program is a Scam. No wonder Kellogg's is suffering in Sales. Time to start buying General Mills Brand Cereals. Adios Kellogg's from a Long Term Customer------

The Kelloggs Family Rewards program is closing at the end of the year and they did not replenish their rewards for the last months as promised in this statement: "IF THE REWARD(S) YOU WANT ARE OUT OF STOCK, BE SURE TO CHECK BACK AS WE WILL CONTINUE TO REPLENISH REWARDS FROM NOW THROUGH POINTS EXPIRATION ON 12/31/2021." I have kept checking their website several times a day to no avail. I am very frustrated with this rewards program and cannot get any results from calling their help line as they just told me to keep checking back the website and that they would forward my concern to that department. I have been a loyal member since 2010 and accumulated many points and will now be forced to delete my account and will stop purchasing their products.
