KelloggsfamilyrewardsReviews of kelloggsfamilyrewards.com

I signed up to take advantage of the summer 2019 "FeedingReading" promotion. But the system never let me log in. I tried on different days, from different devices, on different browsers, and it just never logged me in and never gave me an error either. If they don't want to do a promotion like that, don't do it! But to do it and have a system that doesn't work (intentionally or unintentionally), making me (and probably other users) waste my time trying to take advantage is really annoying.

Best customer service experience Claimed a free movie ticket was advised it would take 9-10 days to confirm eligibility for offer. This was received in a day! Then when making order for ticket I was advised it would take up to 5 days. I received an email of confirmation within 3hrs. Fantastic customer service.

The people behind the reward program are illiterate and do not comprehend what a promotion is. I am going on a Kellogs boycott, as less than 1/3 of the products I purchased within all the rules and guidelines of a promotion end in actually getting the promotion credit! If you buy a product looking for "Halo" "Destiny" or any other gaming type promotion to be honored- think again. I've been fighting for a month and just keep getting excuses. It is all done via email so you cant even explain to someone what is going on. This program BULSHIT !! unless all you want is coupons (can get them in the mail anyway).
