Not working takes hours not worth it

The website does not work and collects a concerning amount of tracking data. It even tried to access my computer's motion sensor

The Kellog Minecraft Reward is a scam. Website did not let me submit the receipt. what a waste of money and time. Do not recommend.

The site for their recent promotion (Minecraft) is absolutely broken. You will get this when trying to redeem a token/code when I have one: "Sorry Try broadening the points range to all points or select another category." From this, extremely tedious process of signing in that in all honesty should never be a freaking process in the first place, and the main site being slow or even broken at times, it is clear this brand new KFR program is completely awful. Revert back to the old program, this one is horribly broken in comparison.

First, they ended the old program at the end of 2021. I was on their site at least three times in December and saw no notice that they were ending it. It should have been the most visible thing on the site. I lost over 30,000 points which would have translated into $35 of Kellogg's coupons. Now on their new site, I have ordered a $5 breakfast coupon, two months of Paramount streaming, and a $5 Amazon gift card. I have gotten none of it. Now, the last two receipts I have uploaded haven't been credited. I have gotten no email saying there is a problem. They have confirmed that they have my correct email address, but I am finding emails going to an old email address. I have emailed them, I have called them. I have gotten nowhere. I had absolutely no problems until they changed to the new program.

Well, I am adding to the long list. Has anyone been able to get anywhere with Kelloggs? I also tried to claim a reward. Says it is in the account, but the little "working" icon keeps on a-spinning. Kelloggs could care less about all of the complaints. I spent many hours trying to reset my password, and the email they sent to reset had a bad link. Could not have the reward coupon mailed to me, but had to VERIFY MY ADDRESS ON THE WEBSITE TO HAVE A COUPON MAILED TO ME IN 6-8 WEEKS! However, the little spinny thing keeps spinning, so the reward is never actually claimed!

Ever since they changed over to their new format, the website and "rewards" program is so slow. Am unable to upload receipt or even get to "contact us". Should have left well enough alone or just abandon the project all together.

Many times after signing in, the website doesn't work. I can't do anything nor go to account. It just hangs up and spins their fruit icon. They need to work on their website.
