After registering for an account on a Mac, (phone couldn't do it), submitting receipt, and receiving confirmation that I can claim my FREE COFFEE, I was sent to the login page. I was asked for an authentication code, after which I got the eternal spinning wheel. Repeated this process on 3 different browsers. Contacted Kellogg's chat. Made to feel like something is wrong with my system. I asked them to just send me a coupon since I'm approved. Was told I have to log in. HA!!!! I asked them to delete my account and was told I'll forfeit my points. Cute! I did! Bye scammy Kellogg's! What's sad is that I'm a sucker. I bought 3 boxes of cereal just to get the $7 coffee free. Wasted close to 2 hours. My labor is so cheap! Boo on me!

The website is not functional. Difficult to make an account and upload coupon. I tried by using phone and computer, text and download. Nothing work!!!! Don’t do it. I feel like they make it hard to avoid giving rewards. Now they get all my personal information for free.

Unable to create an account at kfr.com. total scam by Kellogg's Family Reward. We will no longer buy reach for Kellogg's products expecting to qualify for awards. Time lost is worth more than their gimmick coupon deals

The website’s functionally is so bad I am fully convinced it is intentional to get people to just give up on getting rewards so Kellogg can snake 3 free products off of you.

I suppose misery loves company, but in the end it's of little comfort. As is the case with many other individuals who have written reviews, we've found it absolutely impossible to join up or log into the rewards site. It simply can't be done. Didn't Kelloggs used to be a reputable company? Not any more. Big time scam. Big time rip off.

We will never again support this business due to Kellog’s giving $500.00 payments to non-white illegals. This is completely unacceptable behavior and inappropriate. You are a cereal company not a political organization. Wake up, or your business will end up in the hole.

Horrible. Never “remembers this computer”. I upload receipts and get no credit. (That’s IF I can upload it.) Somehow every picture is too big. Did surveys-didn’t get credit. Tried texting receipts, didn’t work claiming not to recognize my registered number. It makes me not want to buy Kelloggs products. It is that frustrating.
