I bought a box of Kellogg town house crackers one hour before game time (Super Bowl). Evert cracker in the box was crushed or cracked into pieces. I chatted on line with their representative and was told I need to have a phone call and was going to charge me $1.00. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I will never buy a Kellogg product again! To many opinions!

I just had ‘chocolatey chip pancakes’ pop tarts, and was supper disappointed ! Chocolate chip pancakes are one of my favorites even having to order them from the kids menu at restaurants, because I am now an adult.

I am a retired Early Childhood Special Education teacher. I am very concerned about about the educ ation of our youngest children. They are growing up in a time when our country is trying to survive so much: climate changes, fires/ floods/ excessive heat / etc. Our country is also facing so much hate ; political/ religious/ sexual orientation/ etc. So I was excited when I found out about Kelloggs free book program Such a small "gift" as a book can really make a difference in a young child's life. I just wanted to thank Kelloggs for this great program.

First receipt was accepted. Then two more receipts were given. Rejected. An online receipt was rejected today. The dates and products are clearly shown. This seems like a program that is based on somebody’s 2 year old’s emotions at the very moment. Bad service promotion.

1 box=1 book is fantastic. Some times I have to try more than once to submit a receipt but so far I have redeemed 8 credits and received 1 book through the mail my little one absolutely loves to read. Everyone that is having trouble just needs to try again ( it's probably your Internet) this was a great promotion! 👍👍👍

Went to get Minecraft minecoins from offer and says offer currently unavailable and "All out" after going through process properly and within the rules and timeframe. I had to listen to my 3 kids cry about, great just another problem I didn't need. They shouldn't be able to advertise an offer that no longer exists.

Submitted two receipts, one approved and one rejected even though both were in the time window. The accepted one links to a page that says 350 minecoins are not available any more, so basically a scam where the company never intended to give anything as it does not state there's a limited quantity. I used this experience as a lesson to help my son understand the shady business practices of companies :(

I bought 2 things and only got an email saying I'm getting 350 but it should be 700 If I buy 2 right and also had to wait and when I get the email I have to wait another 5 days I have an upset 9 year old now
