The website definitely has a lot of issues. I tried multiple browsers and finally had some success with Google Chrome. After about an hour of trying and reloading, I finally redeemed two points for two books. Hopefully, they'll actually arrive in the mail. Just wanted to post this so others know that there is hope with this website.

This is just a scam ! Can't login since weeks "sorry, please try again". I will loose my points and my books credits. It makes my kids sad and this is not acceptable :( I will not buy this brand anymore! Edit: after sending a message on Twitter to @kfr, they fixed it. But they really need to improve their website!
