I have been with kdp a few years now and sudenly then stopped to pay me and asked for new bank details which are the same as before. Tried to get in touch is a misery and also answers. I even can't delete all my online books. MY BOOKS! Amazon are going more and more worse and arrogant so there is no answer to complain. I didn't saw they have no many bad reviews but i am not surprised!

I've read a lot of the reviews here and it's sad how KDP has gone down the tubes over the years. Don't get me wrong I'm grateful that I have a way to get my book out there but when I message them and the response is, 'I'll get a response within 72 hours," and here I am now, one week later with absolutely no response whatsoever and before you even think this, no it did not go into my spam folder. It was a very important question regarding my book cover to which they never did and have not responded to this day. I have to agree with many of the reviews here this company is awful!

Twice I wrote a book and published it with Amazon KDP. Twice they managed to shut me out as soon as the book began to sell. I have never received royalty. This is by no means coincidental. Now I cannot access my author central profile for one account and the other which is access is empty: I can’t even locate the book or any information regarding sale, progress or reviews. I contacted them several times and they kept tossing me between KDP, author central and Amazon retail. While some customer representatives say one of my accounts is irredeemably dormant, another says it can be retrieved. This is still not been resolved despite frustrated efforts. They steal your intellectual property and make profit off it. They shut you out!

Very dissapointed. I am paying subscriptions to Canva ,Book Bolt , Vecteezy, Creative Fabrica and Freepick for nothing . I made 20 colouring and activity books for nothing because i can t uploaded on KDP. I wrote about my issue and KDP answered to change my browser. My books are not uploaded . I am spending hours looking at computer how is generating a print preview. KDP is not doing anything . Rubbish service .

Hanno algoritmi assurdi Mandi 10 libri in approvazione, te ne bloccano uno (a caso, perché se poi riprovi magari te lo approvano). Hai un libro pubblicato, cambi categoria e durante la revisione te lo bloccano. Il peggio è avere a che fare con gli idioti che lavorano in kdp. Peggio dei call center. Hanno una serie di risposte confezionate ad arte. Per fortuna, per vendere su Amazon non serve kdp. Comunque kdp getta una luce pessima su Amazon. Per chi è esperto di self publishing, era molto meglio la vecchia piattaforma createspace almeno per il cartaceo.

Zero customer service, raise and issue and they shadow ban your books (basically hidden from searches), ask for a supervisor to deal with an issue and they send a link to their T&Cs, ask for a referral to a CEO and they totally blank you. Nightmare!!!

La plateforme kindle Amazon est très mauvaise en raison que tu te fatigues durant des années et par un simple bouton on te clôture le compte sans même t'envoyer un mail explicatif ou autre...de plus je soupçonne que ces derniers n'aime pas les éditeurs qui travaillent sur des niches de religion en général et en particulier sur l'islam....moi personnellement je ne sollicite pas de rendre le compte au contraire j'ai foncé vers avant et je l'ai clôturais définitivement mais mon approche c'est comment ça se fait un compte clôturé sans donner un avis ou un mail explicatif

I am fairly sure I'm being scammed, and now I get no royalties and can't speak to anyone. It says update your bank details all of a sudden, when nothing has changed. Just another way to stop what little royalties you receive. It's all a scam, with Amazon hey get you with American Tax 'YOU CAN'T SORT OUT' I'm outside of America (they know that) but still expect you to dance around finding the correct form. Look if your an Author run... You pretty much get ripped off where ever you go I think, but if you want to deal with a digital machine and get really frustrated, it's your lucky day! YOU'VE FOUND JUST THE PLACE....
