I unfairly had my account terminated by KDP. I have reached out to them to try to rectify the situation, but receive no replies. They claim "copyright" due to the fact that I used the word "Taylor Swift" in the title. However, a name cannot be copyrighted in a book and trademarks are not issued for book titles, I have checked. I have done nothing wrong, but the account was terminated and to make matters worse, they took all of my past due royalties (for books not related to this book as it was never even published).

I'm sorry,am a new person on kdp but the way the market can improve in this site is to make honest and paid those clients are sign petition against kdp on site app and after you make a decision to the clients, and am assure the sales will improve again.

KDP needs to cleanup their Review Content Department.

Vor etwa vier Wochen habe ich mich beim Amazon KDP angemeldet, um einige meiner sorgfältig geschriebenen Bücher zu veröffentlichen. In den ersten zwei Wochen stieß ich jedoch auf ständige Probleme bezüglich der Veröffentlichung, sei es wegen Dateigröße, falschem Format oder anderen unklaren Vorschriften. Nach zahlreichen Versuchen hat es schließlich geklappt, und zwei meiner Bücher wurden erfolgreich hochgeladen, überprüft und veröffentlicht. In meiner Freude darüber lud ich weitere Bücher hoch und stellte sie zur Prüfung. Nach fast 72 Stunden des Wartens erhielt ich die Nachricht, dass einige meiner Bücher angenommen wurden, während die eBooks ohne erkennbaren Grund gesperrt wurden. Seit Tagen versuche ich, den Amazon Support und den Kundenservice schriftlich zu erreichen, um herauszufinden, warum die Bücher dauerhaft gesperrt wurden und wie diese Sperrung aufgehoben werden kann, jedoch bislang ohne Erfolg. Der Support scheint nicht auffindbar zu sein, das Kontaktformular fehlt oder leitet auf fehlerhafte Links, und die einzige verfügbare E-Mail-Adresse ist die allgemeine Impressum-E-Mail von Amazon, auf die es jedoch keine Reaktion gibt. Inzwischen bin ich äußerst frustriert von meiner Erfahrung mit Amazon und kann es leider nicht empfehlen.

KDP approved all of my books - yet my account was closed after an audit. All of my royalties are also "not being paid" - that's theft, Amazon has received money from my writing and has terminated my account without reason and kept the money.
