Thank you for the kind words—and the almost-perfect score! We're thrilled you enjoyed our service and products, and we’ll take that 4-star rating as a sign we’re this close to perfection. If there’s anything we can do to earn that fifth star next time, just say the word. We’re always up for a challenge!

Thank you for sharing your experience. We're truly sorry to hear about the issue with the pedestal and understand how frustrating it must have been during installation. The damage was reported more than 30 days after the order was delivered, which is beyond the standard claim period set by the manufacturer. Additionally, when the issue was first brought to our attention, there was no mention of any caulk being used to cover the defect. Had that detail been shared at the time, we would have immediately submitted a claim to the manufacturer for a warranty replacement. This item shipped directly from the manufacturer, and we’re still happy to assist. If you can provide clear images of the defect, we can forward the information to the manufacturer for review and potentially arrange a replacement under warranty. We also offered a replacement at our cost as a courtesy to help resolve the situation in the meantime. We value your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to make this right.

Thank you for the fantastic review. We're so glad to hear you had a smooth ordering experience and that our team was able to assist you over the phone. It's great to know your Toto Drake arrived quickly and in perfect condition—and even better that you installed it yourself. After five months of use, we're thrilled it's living up to the great reviews. We agree—sometimes the only regret is not upgrading sooner. Thank you for choosing Kitchen and Bath Authority!
