Purchased a Vessel Top Vanity, Mirror and Backsplash CHANS FURNITURE CF-78886BU 38 INCH BENTON COLLECTION DISTRESS BLUE ABBEVILLE VESSEL SINK BATHROOM VANITY Optional Mirror: Mirror: CF-78886BU-MIR Optional Backsplash: CF-78886BU-BS Shipping was fast and damage free. BUT They said it was fully assembled. It's not. The plumbing kit sent with vanity has incorrect parts for the vanity. It included a drain that is meant for a sink with an overflow. The drain cannot be used as it would leak out through the seam between sink and counter The water supply lines are specialty to connect to the faucet but do not connect to US supply line valves. Pictures sent to KB Authority... Waiting to hear

Buyer beware. I purchased two (not inexpensive) mirrors (over $300). When I hadn't heard about shipping, I contacted them. They couldn't answer my question over the telephone because they "had to check with the manufacturer." The following day, I received an accidental email (not intended for me) in which it was stated they would be taking a loss on the mirrors bc of the shipping costs. Later that day, I received an email from KB, stating that the mirrors were on "backorder for 14-20 WEEKS," but that they could have them delivered in 2 weeks if I paid an extra $120 for drop shipping. Absolutely shady and completely dishonest. They wanted to cancel my order because of their mistake, so they lied about an extended backorder. Disgraceful.

I ordered a controller for an automatic faucet. They called me the next day to tell me they would ship me a comparable one they had in stock since they didn't carry the product on their website. They had a guaranteed ship date of November 7th, and an estimated a delivery of December 12th, which was a month and a half! I finished the project by the end of the year and it finally arrived January 9th. (I can see on the invoice from the box that they printed the paper January 3rd, so I'm not sure how they shipped it November 7th) I returned it as soon as I received it, since the project was over. They said I needed to cover the shipping and pay an additional 20% restocking fee. When I explained that they were a month late from their shipping estimate, they said it was my fault for not canceling my order before it arrived, and the only option was to lose the money. I would choose any other company if possible.

Customer service is the WORST I’ve ever dealt with. I’m not one to write negative reviews. I’m usually pretty patient, but this is the exception. They are an awful company from start to finish. I ordered a faucet 8 weeks ago on back order. They said 2 to 3 weeks, then called and said 3-4 weeks, called at 4 weeks and they said they would look into it and never called back. The next day I called again and they said it would ship out today. A week later still no faucet, called again and, again they said it would ship out “today.” A few days later when it’s still not here I call again and it turns out it didn’t ship AGAIN!! So they tell me “this week it will ship out”. Called at the end of the week and sure enough, still not shipping out. They said “next week” 🙄. Needless to say, by now I know they are lying and just stringing me along. Order cancelled!!! I will NEVER order from them again.

Buyer beware. This company took so long to deliver my order that I finally cancelled it. A month later I received it over the course of two weeks. One item was damaged, but despite the fact it was previously cancelled in a timely manner, I was denied the right to return even the damaged item. I had to send them pictures of the box, the item, etc and they deemed it fine, and said I never cancelled the order. I spoke to about eight different representatives and each was less helpful than the first. One or two admitted I had indeed cancelled the order, but they still wouldn’t let me return any of it. Now, I’m stuck with about $680 worth of bathroom hardware I no longer need. This company seemed to have great reviews online, but when I checked with the Better Business Bureau, I realized they are not even accredited because their ratings are too low. I WOULD NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM KBAUTHORITY.com, also known as Kitchen and Bath Authority of Brooklyn, New York, IF MY LIFE DEPENDED ON IT. Shame on them!!
