I made multiple purchases from KBAuthority including two James Martin vanities and a few plumbing accessories. The help in the purchase process from their staff was very good and the products were delivered on time. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong color backsplash for one of the vanities ($159 cost), and here is where I found their customer service lacking. It took me two weeks to receive Return Authorization. Then I needed to pay for shipment of the product back ($83). Four weeks after it arrived back at the manufacturer (and 7 weeks from the start of the process, I received $114.52 refund. Net? $31.5. So for me it says that in practice - there is a No-Return policy. Do take it into consideration when deciding to order from them.

We bought a new light to go over our kitchen table. When it arrived, the light globes were much different than we were expecting based on the picture shown on the website. We called at least 3 times to rectify the situation offering various solutions, i.e. a partial refund that would allow us to purchased new globes that looked more like what we thought we were getting or even them sending us different globes. They said they'd contact the manufacturer and give us an answer. Every time they said they'd call us back, we had to call them back as they never did follow up with us. Eventually, we just gave up. We bought new globes and kept the old ones in storage in case we ever sell the light and can offer different globes with us, but they are really just taking up a lot of space, so we may have to sell them to recoup some of the additional money we ended up spending on new globes. While their customer service reps are friendly, I'd still rate their customer service low because there's no follow-up to issues, and they don't really do anything to offer resolution besides offering you a return that they charge a lot of money for. Check the restocking fee before you place your order. We knew about it, but we were set on that light and knew we wouldn't return it. We did give feedback to the company to get more accurate pictures to update their website with so that people would know which globes they are actually getting. They also did nothing with our feedback. I wouldn't likely order with this company again as it just ended up causing a lot of stress.

This is an attractive kit for your bathroom. Folding shower door but buyer beware that it is cheaper material and it does not come with the doorstop on the opposite side. The rail leaks from the underside so a special modifications have to be made to make sure that it doesn't leak. We've been waiting for somebody in technical support to email us back and help solve the problem. Nothing yet

I ordered a bathtub which was the wrong size, tried to return it unopened...regardless of the condition it's in, it was an automating 30% restocking fee. Regardless, I decided to return my bathtub in person to the RMA center which is within an hour from me. They opened the box up and checked every single part of the tub and fixtures to make sure it was perfect condition (it was unopened). They then gave me a slip that said, return was in "good" condition....and told me I should expect my refund soon. That was 2 month ago, I've made several phone calls where reps tell me my refund is on its way, it has never been received. They have the worst customer service, the reps are rude and short...be aware. I'm on the phone with them (on hold for 20 minutes now) as I write this review. Avoid this place if you can.

BUT They said it was fully assembled. It's not. The plumbing kit sent with vanity has incorrect parts for the vanity. It included a drain that is meant for a sink with an overflow. The drain cannot be used as it would leak out through the seam between sink and counter The water supply lines are specialty to connect to the faucet but do not connect to US supply line valves.
