Thank you so much for this fantastic review! We're delighted to hear that your entire experience with KBA was so positive from start to finish. It's wonderful to know that our team was able to answer all your questions before you placed your order. We believe that having the right information upfront is so important, especially when you're investing in quality items like sinks. Our staff works hard to be knowledgeable about all the products we carry so we can help customers make confident decisions. We're thrilled that we had the best price on the sink you needed! We work diligently with our suppliers to offer competitive pricing on quality brands without compromising on service or product quality. It's always rewarding to know that customers can get both great value and excellent service. And we're so pleased the shipping was quick for you. We know that when you're working on a project, timing matters, so we do everything we can to get orders processed and shipped out promptly. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for choosing KBA. Reviews like yours help other customers know they can count on us for competitive prices, quality brands, knowledgeable service, and fast shipping. We truly appreciate your business!

We sincerely apologize for the frustrating experience you had with your light fixture order and our customer service response. Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and we take full responsibility for falling short of your expectations. You're absolutely right - when there's a discrepancy between what's shown on our website and what arrives, we should be doing everything possible to make it right quickly and efficiently. The fact that you had to call us multiple times and that we failed to follow up as promised is completely unacceptable. No customer should have to chase us down for resolution to a legitimate concern. We also hear you loud and clear about our product photos needing to be more accurate. You raise an important point about the challenges of photographing certain materials - glass and mirror shades can be particularly tricky to capture precisely in photos due to lighting and reflection variables. This is exactly why we always encourage customers to visit showrooms when possible to see products in person, or to request samples before placing larger orders. We realize we should have been more proactive in suggesting this option to you given the nature of glass globes. We understand that you ultimately had to spend additional money on new globes and deal with storing the originals - that's not the experience we want any customer to have. While we know this particular situation can't be undone, we're using your feedback to train our customer service team on better follow-through, establish clearer protocols for resolving product discrepancy issues, and be more upfront about recommending showroom visits or samples for items like glass fixtures. Thank you for taking the time to provide such detailed feedback, even though your experience was disappointing. Reviews like yours help us identify where we need to improve, and we're committed to doing better for future customers.
