Product arrived as described

I have made a couple purchases with KB Authority. I appreciate the ease of ordering, timeliness of delivery, and the communication regarding my order. I was never in the dark about where I was in the order and delivery process.

I made multiple purchases from KBAuthority including two James Martin vanities and a few plumbing accessories. The help in the purchase process from their staff was very good and the products were delivered on time. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong color backsplash for one of the vanities ($159 cost), and here is where I found their customer service lacking. It took me two weeks to receive Return Authorization. Then I needed to pay for shipment of the product back ($83). Four weeks after it arrived back at the manufacturer (and 7 weeks from the start of the process, I received $114.52 refund. Net? $31.5. So for me it says that in practice - there is a No-Return policy. Do take it into consideration when deciding to order from them.
