What a rip off. Everything on the website it a LIE! THEY CHARGE YOUR CARD BEFORE IT HAS EVEN BEEN SHIPPED. EVEN THOUGH WEBSITE STATES WILL NOT CHARGE CARD UNTIL AFTER SHIPPED. THEY WONT CANCEL ORDER OR REFUND.

Retailer stuck in 1970. Their "2 day shipping" includes 5 day "processing" - and there is no way to expedite anything after you realize that they tricked you. Because I was not going to receive the gift on time - I then called a store to confirm the item I wanted was in stock. They confirmed. I went the next day - and guess what..... "Sorry - that item is not in stock - you should try our website." NEVER AGAIN.

The WORST online and instore company! this doesn't even deserve a star! I bought a watch online, I needed to have the strap adjusted so i went to the physical store in Aventura Mall Miami Florida, nobody entertained me there because i looked like a regular person, the fancy looking ones were entertained right away. Nobody even looked at me or asked me what I needed. I stayed there for 30 minutes, nobody assisted me at all. So I decided to leave and just return the stupid watch and close my account, the customer service online won't provide a stupid return label, I have to pay for my own shipping! THE WORST OF THE WORST OF THE WORSTTSSSSS!!

Shipping has always been top notch and quality too.

I bought 2 bracelets for my daughters for Mother's Day. 2 months later they are broken. They do not stand behind their products and wanted to charge an exorbitant price to fix the item. Merchandise is of very poor quality. Don't be fooled

Went shopping on their website today and saw a picture of two women kissing. They just lost my business! I'm not putting my money in this company!!!!

They have nice rings, but they mark up their prices immensely. I’m glad my fiancé and I looked at another company after finding his wedding band. The same band at the other company was 20% less than what Kay was charging, and it wasn’t on sale. They mark up the prices then have “Huge sales” that bring prices down to what others normally charge. Have found that the employees aren’t as warm and inviting as the employees at other Jewelers in my area (Destin, FL). Will likely not purchase my wedding band from them.
