WOW this site is a joke. It says it should take max. 25 business days to arrive to US. my 2 out of 4 items never arrived. my second item took 33 business days to arrive. and I will not wait for my 3rd and 4th items. I requested a refund. will see how that goes. otherwise, I will ask my Amex for stop payment. ——————————- I got my refund in two days. they offered to send missing items without charge but I refused. out of patience. please check the orgin of item with them before placing an order. seems like items from China take forever and ever.

My very first order from Kawaii Pen Shop based on suggestion by Facebook. Ordered 3 pcs of 2019 Mini Cherry Blossom Calendar and despite it took almost 1 month to arrive to Czech republic from China with free shipping, it was well worth of waiting - the sakura flower-shaped calendars are really cute and of great quality, the packaging was enough to protect them.

i ordered two sticker packs, and they took about a month to arrive. i waited and waited, only one package came and the other arrived a few days after. however, i believe they were worth the wait! i received a free miniature washi tape and the stickers are pretty nice, not SUPER high quality but doable :-) i look forward to purchasing more stationary from this online store, since it's quite affordable and very kawaii !! - strawbbyluv on ig (´｡• ᵕ •｡`) ♡

Kawaii Pen Shop is my go to place for cute and affordable stationery that can't be found easily here in the United States. I've ordered couple of times and I have always been satisfied with my purchases. The quality is great and you certainly can't beat the price. The shipping take a little while but everything arrived as promised so I have no issues with that. I'm giving this cute shop 4 stars simply because I wish that all the items were sent in single package as they sometimes ship separately. Other than that I am a very happy customer.
