Your reaction time to my comments was very impressive! Your company really seems to care about our issues with the cutting board.’m just disappointed in how small it is and how scratched it got in a very short amount of time. Helen Langlois

SCAM ALERT: Stainless Steel sold as Titanium (Katuchef / Katori) - PREVARA!
DO NOT BUY! This is a total scam. They advertise "100% Pure Titanium" but send ordinary STAINLESS STEEL. I performed a density test: my board weighs 359g, but a real titanium board of this size should weigh only 182g.They claim to be a "USA No.1 Brand" but ship from China. When I opened a PayPal dispute, they offered me a 75% refund just to stop the case. Do not accept partial refunds! Stand firm and demand 100%. They are now rebranding as KATORI to hide from bad reviews.[HRV]PAŽNJA - PREVARA!

I am waiting too long for delivery
I am waiting too long for delivery. To improve, you should add european certificats as confirmation of trust for clients from Europe.
