I have been in contact with this company all day with a request to return the two chopping boards. These are really small and not at all like the advert photos. I checked on Amazon and found that they are also selling on Amazon. The smallest chopping boards on there are bigger than the boards that they sent me. With bad arthritic hands these small boards are impossible and not safe for me to use. I have spent all day answering their questions fully only to be taken back to the beginning late this afternoon. It seems that I am getting the same runaround as the other reviewer. The boards they send you are tiny and certainly not worth the money. Stay away from this company.

KatuChef Chopping Boards Please avoid buying from this company! I put in an order for 2 boards but they charged me for 4, on checking PayPal the company charged for 4 boards (plus insurance which I didn't ask for or need,) within minutes of my order showing on PayPal for 4 chopping boards? I messaged this company to explain they charged me for 4 boards and asked for a refund, they messed me back saying they will refund insurance cost £9 which I didn't ask for in the first place, who the hell insures a chopping their board? But was told the order had gone through and it was to late for them to change my order, I never ordered 4 boards and it was their mix up, now considering I was contacted KatuChef within minutes of my ordering and seeing how much they took from my PayPal account, they said they couldn't refund me, for the extra 2 boards, I'd have to send them back, yet they could refund the insurance they charged me for that I never asked for, straight away funny that isn't it? I'd have to pay the cost of returning 2 board extra they put on my order! They are I believe shipped from America? and shipment back would cost a lot of money. I contacted PayPal to take out a complaint with the company, PayPal did this for me, Other thing with this company is the more boards you buy the cheaper it is so by ordering 2 you get a discount, order 3 or 4 more discount they haven't even discounted, in all they owe by sending 4 boards £97 which they won't refund! The helpline for KatuChef is useless, email useless, and they don't give a dam, (Stay clear of this Katuchef) if they were a good honest reputable company they would have listened to me about my order, and refunded straight away. I e-mailed Katuchef to say again about my experience and that I would write a review about my experience with them, I'm now waiting for them to read my review here and see their excuses they don't deserve one star because of the hassle I've had with them! I thought you had consumer rights buying on internet, but this company seems to ignore them. Be careful if you buy from Katuchef, I'll never buy from them again, and telling as many as possible about my experience. UPDATE: Chopping boards arrived took 4 weeks, they are very small, 6ins by 5ins it's a stretch of the imagination calling them chopping boards, because they are nothing like the photos shown on their site, they are razor sharp I actually cut my finger taking one out of the packaging, they are a rip off, and this company should be investigated, they are ripping off customers! As I stated I never ordered 4 but were charged for 4, plus insurance which I also didn't request, who insures a chopping board? PayPal have now escalated my complaint and I'm waiting to see what happens. UPDATE : PayPal are now refusing my refund my money after a dispute, with these choppingboards. I'm now having to appeal PayPal to to re open my case against this scam company. Having looked on many review sites, which say STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY - ShopperLo by With Reach (USA) LLC. As far as I can find out, With Reach(USA) is a fulfilment and payment platform, based in the USA, that hosts resellers (something like Amazon) but obviously has no comparable level of customer service. The resellers can do what they like and there's no comeback. ShopperLo is just a brand used by a Chinese company who have no idea about quality or accurate advertising. Their adverts are a scam because they overcharge you, try charging you for (insurance for Titanium chopping boards) which incidentally are not Titanium they are steel, you really don't get what you ordered and then when you try to get your money back, they weasel out of it. The fake Titanium boards arrive a month after ordering,with no return address, no receipt, absolutely nothing in packaging! I'm stuck with 4 tiny boards I didn't ask for PayPal are not listing to my complaint even ftrr showing photos of tge boards I received, and the actual advert they show, it's misleading, the boards are not git for purpose, and so thin I cut my finger on tge razor sharp edges opening the package. I hope other people take note of this SCAM so thry don't loose mo ey as I have to the tune of £97 This Katuchef is also now selling on Amozon so please avoid. (DON'T BUY FROM KATUCHEF THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF!)
