Buyer beware
The return call center was obviously overseas. It was hard to understand the lady. There was not any information given just "wait for the email". My request for a return has been dodged and ignored to the point I am getting my credit card company involved. I would not order from this company again. I do not recommend buying from these people. AND I will not buy from vendors on Facebook again.

The titanium cutting board is…awful
The titanium cutting board is ridiculously small and thin. I had to be very careful not to damage my countertops with the knife. The thinness made it difficult to pick up off the counter. I feel they were extremely costly for a terrible product b

The titanium cutting board was too…
The titanium cutting board was too small as well as the mat. My order was mishandled and I ended up receiving 2 cutting boards not just 1 as I ordered. The product was as offered, but again too small for our purpose. You might better advertise the size and make the selection process more accurate. The highlighting of the customer's select should immediately register so if someone looks at the next offering as well, it is not captured and added to the order. I question like do you want this would help.

The merchandise did not meet my…
The merchandise did not meet my expectations. You added extra cutting board to my order without my consent. The boards are way too small to my liking.

disappointment over the poor quality of the product
I was very disappointed by the poor quality of the 4 cutting boards I received. It was not high quality that lasts a lifetime like describe in the advertising… supposed to be titanium which is not … However, I was pleasantly surprised by the speed, the interest shown in my displeasure, and the professionalism of the after-sales service. I will not hesitate to order other products on that website.

I ordered 2 xTitanium chopping boards…
I ordered 2 xTitanium chopping boards for the price of £71-80. The parcel arrived this morning and there are 4-Chopping boards. @ THE TOTAL I PAID WAS£188-51. PLEASE SEND REFUND OF £109-96
