The regular communication was fast and efficient. Unfortunately, the product did not meet our expectations. The coating on the cutting board came off while I was trying to take the sticker off. It says remove sticker before use. I would suggest that you use a different adhesive to put the stickers on the boards as it’s impossible to get the glue off without scraping it off. I just used a plastic edge and the coating started coming off with the glue. If a plastic edge removes the coating, I can’t imagine that a sharp knife would be any different.The stickers could be static adhesive or something like that

It was good to talk to a person in dealing with the return.

I found the Titanium Cutting boads did not meet my expectations and would like to return the 6 items for a full refund. Thank You for your assistance.

This may be premature, because I have not yet received instructions for my return or the refund, but so far I was contacted immediately after I submitted their request to return the item. I was asked to take this survey first. I am hoping that everything will go smoothly.

This cutting board is too small and surface is scratching and pealing from using the knife. Food can get the coating from pealing into the food being cut. Dangerous to ingest the coating.
