The customer service seems quite good unfortunately the product less than satisfactory only had a couple of weeks & now not working due to what I can only think is faulty parts fusing the unit ?

A complete joke, started ordering and got to the review to find out postage and final price and the order just went straight through without any option to check the above. Then I realised it was USA $ not Australian $ and the cost was actually double what I expected which I would have picked up in the review. I immediately tried to cancel and in fact have photographic proof evidence that there was less than a minute between the order and my request but was told it had already been dispatched. Next I finally found a receipt in my Scam box and I was charged $USA8.99 more than quoted in the initial order, plus postage. I have contacted the company five times with photos to back up my complaint without any answer other than the request to cancel. I have found that there have been similar problems with other buyers from this site. My advice ….AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I was looking for 100 percent titanium boards and this one had great reviews. But I didn't like the push to buy more and more and more.

Everyone I talked to was very pleasant and efficient in getting back to me. I ordered 2 titanium cutting boards and was very disappointed because both items were damaged and it has not been confirmed yet as to whether I get my refund or not. Because of this, I did not Feel I could give you the highest rating possible.

The price and the speed of being able to place my order!

I expected something more substantial and larger, though I admit I didn't measure an average sized cutting board. It also had streaks on it like it may have been used and returned. I can't imagine cutting more than fruit or cheese on it. I also don't like that I have to fill out this survey before learning how to return the product. After that several emails and phone calls to find out I have to pay shipping if I want to return it or can keep it and receive a 25% refund. This is becoming more common and is really annoying because sometimes you have to pay shipping overseas even though companies advertise 30 day money-back guarantee.

I like the product. I don't like all the ads to get to the final cost
