I received my products. Products did not meet my daughter’s expectation due to the size and weight of the items.

I was sent a kid cutting board and I ordered two so I asked if there were adult cutting boards and the lady was not helpful she said it depends on the website which makes no sense.

The agent was very nice. BUT, my experience ordering the product was horrible and that is why I want to return this product un-opened! AND, as I tried to cancel the order within 15 minutes,, I don't feel I should have to pay shipping costs back to California.

I liked the fast customer service response via email. I don't like it that return policy is not clearly stated.

This company was very quick to contact me, continuing try and entice me to buy more product, and give them feedback on my expereience, before I had even received my order. I found this somewhat annoying. Once the order finally I arrived, I found I was very pleased with it and look forward to many years of excellent use and service from what appears to be an excellent product.

I should not be filling this out at this time. I placed an order for four Titanium cutting boards. The web site and ordering procedure was straightforward and easy. The shipping was exactly as they promised. Unfortunately I received stainless steel cutting boards, not Titanium. I contacted support and they were incredibly fast at responding and promising to send me the correct Titanium cutting boards. I am in the middle of that process. As of right now I do not have the advertised cutting boards. I expect considering the fast and professional support response that I will get the correct product.
