I bought the trampoline few years back…
I bought the trampoline few years back it is excellent with safety measures Hurricane Ida knocked it down we had to replace with same trampoline for safety reason. Safety is priority for kids

Awesome for teens and adults
This has been a great trampoline! Very sturdy and is amazing for teens and young adults. Jump flex has been very responsive, and has a great warranty. You can’t go wrong with this trampoline.

This is a great trampoline
This is a great trampoline! Well worth the money. I especially like how the net is tighter than others so it actually "catches" the kids and keeps them in the jump mat area.

Great Trampoline
Fairly easy assembly, most of which I was able to do myself. Strong materials enable my entire family to enjoy the trampoline. Had two damaged components from shipping, and company sent out replacements within 1 day. Great experience so far

Please Read This Before You Order
I placed my order on 12/1/21, with the website indicating “delivery before Christmas. Almost a week later, I had received no order confirmation and no shipping notification. I called Jumpflex. Representative told me they were experiencing “issues” at their California warehouse and promised I would receive a call with order status. That didn’t happen. Next, on 12/7, I received an email from Jumpflex with a FedEx tracking number. It’s now 12/13 and the tracking info still only says a shipping label was created, but the shipment has never left the warehouse. So they created a shipping label but didn’t follow through after that. So far, processing my payment of nearly $800 is the only thing Jumpflex has done as promised.

Hi Everett, we are truly sorry for the experience you have had with Jumpflex. This is not the experience we want our customers to go through. We are trying very hard to get all orders out in a timely manner. Our Mainfreight warehouse in California, where your order was being dispatched from, was experiencing huge backlogs due to the Black Friday sales from all the businesses they look after and therefore cause our orders to be delayed. We then was notified that FedEx has also had huge delays as well so this has added to the frustration for our customers. We have now processed your cancellation request and your refund. Again please accept our sincerest apologies for the delays and the issues you have had with us.

Solid Teampoline and Kids could not…
Solid Teampoline and Kids could not gave gad more fun. Added the sprinkler attachment and cooled off the whole family.
