I give 5 stars for receiving the trampoline within a week of ordering it. Unfortunately I cannot rate it on anything else till the spring. This is Christmas present for our boys and due to it being winter in Wisconsin we will have to wait till spring before we can set it up and try it out.

Still waiting on it. It has been 5 days since it’s expected delivery. I have yet to talk to a customer service representative, despite sending an email. I’m hopeful it will be here in time for my children for Christmas.

Hi there Linsey Thank you for your email. Delivery can take around 6-15 working days from the time that you place your order but I can see that it has reached the PFLUGERVILLE depot there in Texas yesterday so it should've far away.

I placed my order Wednesday night and I used Apple pay to pay for it, but it used my old address for both the billing and delivery address. I immediately responded with two emails, one a reply from the confirmation email and the second from the website, explaining that the address was wrong and I included the real address. I saw something saying I wouldn’t get a reply for a few days due. Then today I received another email saying my order had been shipped out to the wrong address. Please correct this.
