I ordered a 15' trampoline for my kids for Christmas. It came in 3 boxes that were all manageable to move around. The instructions were pretty clear, and all of the parts were there. I built it Christmas Eve night by myself in the dark using only a personal headlight. It took me about 4 hours start to finish. This trampoline is much higher quality than the ones I have seen at SAMS Club, Rural King, etc. Notes: I was surprised at how tight the top of the safety net pulls the support bars. Be careful up on a ladder installing the net because if you let the wrong thing go at the wrong time it could easily throw you off the ladder. Also, the instruction have you hook the bottom of the net to the springs after the spring pads are installed. I see why they do it that way because the spring pad is one continuous piece and HAS to be around the net before the net is installed, but next time I would leave the pad loose so it would be easier to hook the net hooks onto the springs. Putting the main frame pieces together would be much easier with two people, but I managed by myself with minimal bleeding and cussing. Suggestion: If you added a box-end wrench to the hardware package, there would be no additional tools required for assembly.

We received this order in a timely manner, just before Xmas, and I was able to setup very easily. The trampoline is absolutely amazing, very durable and sturdy. We just caught a very windy day, and this trampoline didn’t move an inch, that’s without it being anchored. But what really made this review 5 stars is the team at Jumpflex. I had an issue with shipping, and didn’t catch it until the product was already ordered. I reached out to the warehouse, thinking I’m most likely not going to get a response, and to my surprise I did from Jit, whoever this person is was able to communicate our issue to the warehouse and make the necessary adjustments to have the order delivered correctly and just in time. Jit, my family and I are extremely grateful and appreciate what you were able to do for us in such short of time and especially with the holidays only a few days away. You are amazing, please keep leading by the example you have set, thank you again so much! Jumpflex, thank you for making such a sturdy and durable trampoline that my kids as well as the neighborhood kids all enjoy tremendously!

The trampoline was going to be a Christmas gift for our kids. I ordered the trampoline in November to be safe due to all the shipping & transportation issues currently happening in the world. The trampoline came 4 days after I ordered it! Amazing! 3 super secure, well packed boxes. Assembly was simple using the provided written instructions or the video ones available also. The trampoline is solid as a rock, even when my 220lb behind got to jumping on it! Highly recommend this product & company!!!

We appreciate the informational website about Jumplex trampolines. It was clear and easy to order online. I believe we received our trampoline in about 3 weeks from the time we ordered it. We received updated emails from FedEx where our trampoline was in the delivery process. 3 boxes arrived with all pieces present. It took 2 people to get most of the trampoline together and three to put on the safety net. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. The trampoline appears to be of very good quality and we’ve had no issues with it yet, just lots of happy kids:)

My son and his friend put it together in 3 hours. It looks grest and the kids just love it.
