Quality stands out
Shipping was great. You can track your order so you will always know when a box is on your porch. Reading and pricing Trampolines for a couple of days and Jumpflex stood out. It was a great choice. No buying regrets with this brand. So well made, sturdy quality materials. The grandchildren are happy. Do not hesitate. This has to be the best Trampoline on the market.

Overall Great Trampoline
Overall Great Trampoline. The only issue I have had is the bottom netting hooks have started to detach from the springs so I have to re-attach them I double check the instructions to make sure I attached them correctly.. Kids love the trampoline.. about 3.5hrs setup with the help of kids.

Highly recommended …
Only had the trampoline for a few days now but we are extreme happy with the quality. Very well built and looks great. Installation was not difficult but was a bit tedious. Having a helper is highly recommended. Biggest piece of advice when putting it all together is to attach the safety net rings and the jump mat rings to the tension springs at the same time. Otherwise you’ll be removing the high tension springs a second time when attaching the safety net. Again, not difficult just unnecessary in my opinion. The provided puller tool is great but this will allow you to save some time. Highly recommended!

BEST TRAMPOLINE EVER
I ordered the 14ft Jumpflex Trampoline for my 2.5 year old and she absolutely loves it! … and so do I. It arrived sooner than I thought it would, all parts included with CLEAR, easy to follow instructions. My dad and I put it together in about 4 hours , including the slide I ordered which may be her favorite part. I highly recommend using this company for your next trampoline!
