After much research, we chose to order JumpFlex..even if it meant we would not get it before Christmas. BUT...it came on time!!! So we not only got the best product, we got the best delivery!!

I highly recommend this trampoline brand, it does have a excellent quality, and I really love that they sold parts separately in case you need some replacement, easy installation, more than happy with the purchase.

Let me start by telling all of you this trampoline is totally worth the money. It’s very safe and durable and I can tell it will last for years to come. This review would have been a 5 star review if it were not for the customer service support. When putting the trampoline together a couple of the bolts broke off into the nuts for the frame. I have called and left voicemails asking for a call back and have yet to hear anything. I asked how to get more bolts and nuts sent to me so I can use alI original parts. I also got online and tried to do a chat with someone but nobody ever responded. Like I said, it’s an amazing trampoline and the only complaint is the support after the purchase.

I'm giving giving a bad rating because I received my order with the 1# Hoop, then 2# the Ladder and Finally 3# the Trampoline, all by the 22nd of December. On Christmas with having what we thought to be all three boxes my husband attempted to put the Trampoline together to surprise our kids on Christmas....We had no poles or springs to do such.  Later on the 26th I received an email from FedEx stating my order is at an East Point Georgia Hub scheduled to be delivered which had me confused being that I had received #1, #2 & #3 of the boxes.    I received a swollen & damaged box on my porch on the 27th of December label #3 which I'm assuming was the late arriving poles and springs. I paid too much to have something like this happen with the delivery. I've been calling for an entire week and still unable to soeak with soneone from this company.

The trampoline product is 5 stars. I only have 2 issues... first is with the net and how it attaches to the poles. This was a nightmare to attach and I was surprised it didn't rip. The instructions for this part were vague and in the end it took 3 adults to complete it. Second issue isn't with the product at all, but with the shipping. I understand that this is outside Jumpflex's control, but they do choose the shipping company. The first of 5 boxes arrived a week and a half late. The last box arrived 1 month late.
