Jumpflex was great to order from. We ordered online and it was a Christmas present so it was a month later that we realized we hadn't recieved one of the boxes. We contacted Jumpflex and with no questions they sent us the missing box and had it delivered the next week!!

This trampoline is very well built! It will take some time to put together. My wife and I spend around 4-5 hours. It was also much easier having a ratchet set to make things much quicker. Once it was put together the kids have loved it and we have had such an awesome time on it!

Trampoline came pretty quick in about 4 to 5 days, all 3 boxes came nothing was missing and it all fit together. York 4 hours to put together with the 14 inch one. It works great and looks good.

Love Jumpflex! The warranty is super easy and it’s a great product. Only complaint is our broken basketball hoop. We were offered a refund but not a replacement for that hoop. Not a huge deal except that was the reason we purchased this trampoline. We want a new hoop but not going to but one after what happened last time.
