I'm giving this a 4 out of 5 stars…
I'm giving this a 4 out of 5 stars because although the trampoline is great, setting up some of the extra's wasn't thought out very well. It took 4 guys exact 2 hours to put it together from start to finish which was much faster than anticipated, however, in order to install the basketball hoop, one of the safety bars has to be completely removed to get it on. This would be such a big deal if we knew this from the start, but taking the bar off after it's been built is a complete pain in the a$$. Other than that, the tramp is very well built and it appears to be safe.

This trampoline is much more sturdy
This trampoline is much more sturdy than other popular brands- it’s well worth the money. Setup was pretty easy until the net- that this was insanely tough to secure but that also means it’s on there really well. The only complaint I have is that the buckles where the net connects to the mat comes undone frequently

Trampoline is awesome I’m a bigger guy…
Trampoline is awesome I’m a bigger guy and I finally can get on it and not worry the safety net and everything is fantastic your going to need two people to put it together though but recommend to anyone

Best Purchase Ever!
I did a lot of research before buying a Jumpflex trampoline. I wanted something that had an excellent warranty, good reviews, great customer service and was aesthetically pleasing. Jumpflex hit all the marks. They also had a shade cover, which was a big factor in purchasing as well as we live in south texas and get full afternoon sun in the backyard. Since purchasing my kids have been on it everyday having a blast. The set up was long, but easy with clear instructions. Would highly recommend if you are in the market for a trampoline!

Fantastic

Love this trampoline
Love this trampoline. My parents bought this for our kids last year. It's been a saving grace around here to get that energy out. It also, in my opinion is the best looking one out there. Only one downside - the basketball hoop broke fairly quickly. Other than that - it's been great

Customer service has been wonderful
Customer service has been wonderful. Our trampoline came but was missing one spring, and they responded promptly and replaced the piece quickly, at no charge, of course.
