Only one problem
Really cool trampoline so far the kids love it, however I have to keep reattaching the safety net clips over and over again on the bottom because they come undone as they jump

Broken Zipper- Quick Fix
I had a broken zipper. I sent an email, followed up a 2nd email with pictures and I had a brand new net and zipper within 4 days. Great customer service and efficient problem solving.

Excellent trampoline experience

The trampoline is really built well
The trampoline is really built well. My grandsons really love it. I wonder if I could return the anchor kit? Thanks for a great product.

Immediately Well Loved
This has been a great purchase for our family. I feel like the materials are all an extremely good quality and it fits perfectly in our yard. The setup did take two handy adult men about 2-3.5 hours to complete. Our original shipment was missing a spring, but Jumpflex shipped us an extra set very quickly and assured us the trampoline was okay to jump on in the interm. My kids love it and all (8-2) jump on it multiple times a day and have so much fun making memories.
