Best trampoline I've ever used and the fact that I'm 250lbs and don't have to worry about it not being safe is great. Also was missing some springs and they sent me some no questions asked.

Shipping was quick, went together well and it’s been absolutely great for our family! The quality is great and I love the look of it with the black and green… it blends in with the landscape and doesn’t stick out like a sore thumb like a lot of the bright blue and silver metal ones do!

The top rail breaks after little to no use. I have ordered top rail several times and replaced broken parts. It is great that the ordering process is easy and the parts arrive on time. But hey what is wrong that you need to always be replacing broken parts on equipment rated at 500lbs. on level ground, used by a 140 lb teen???
