Everything was perfect. Easy ordering, fast delivery. Set up definitely required two people as mentioned in the instructions. Instructions were detailed. Took about 2 hours for set-up. We accidentally over tightened a couple washers and they broke (our fault), we called Jumpflex and we had replacements with in 3 days at our door free of charge. Great company with great customer service. It really is such a great trampoline. The whole family loves it. The quality far exceeds anything else you will purchase.

The trampoline materials are excellent and the customer service is wonderful. I bought the trampoline for my daughters and they love it. I love how safe the trampoline is and how thoughtful Jumpflex is when it came to the materials, packaging, tools, and even the instructions manual. My husband and I put the whole thing together in about an hour thanks to a few power tools. I highly recommend this trampoline.

I ordered the 15 ft tramoline for my grandchildren and it arrived the very next day which was awesome. Assembly was straight forward but a few of the steps in the directions are backwards, in my opinion. Definitely a 2-person effort for this size trampoline. Much better quality than the one I had for my children when they were growing up. Highly recommend the brand.
