Quality. Hands down one of the best on the market. Price is honest for what you get. Not cheap but there are far more expensive options out there. The vinyl sleeves over the poles, catch netting and even the color combo (black and green) add quality and attractiveness to the overall presentation of the trampoline. I assembled it myself in under 3 hours (15 foot unit) and the kids were on it immediately along with myself. I would say I'd buy again, but with the warranty and overall quality, this piece will outlast the kid's usage and attention span. Happy to own it. Highly recommend!

Great service.

Customer service was excellent especially since I could not recall the date of purchase. They were able to find the information and insured we were under warranty for our safety net. They didn't even hesitate to help. Shipping was wonderful and it even arrived earlier than expected. This company honors all their warranties and is very helpful. I appreciate their dedication and helpfulness and we will never buy a trampoline from anywhere else. Its lasted for several years with pretty much 24/7 use in the summer and off and on in the winter. The zipper issues was just ware and tear and not a defect. Plus little kids x 3 doesn't always help. Netting has held up to crazy kids, crazy dogs and crazy husband. Love their products.

Researched trampolines extensively. Really happy with the Jumpflex. Very sturdy design, and the only one I found with a sunshade. Highly recomend.

Trampoline seems built decent, assembly was no problem except for the net, I feel like we got a 13' or 14' net with a 15 foot trampoline had to have 2 people pulling in the poles and one pushing the sleeve on and it's so tight the Velcro just keeps ripping off I don't see the net lasting the summer.

The net is far too tight to fit around each post. Most of the plastic D rings broke trying to Velcro them around the top of the post. Very cheap design for an expensive trampoline

This has been a pleasant experience so far. I was helped out through email after a storm damaged my jumpflex trampoline. I have not received the parts yet due to being on backorder but the ordering process has been easy. I hope to see the parts soon and be back up and jumping. Thank you.

This is an excellent trampoline. It arrived much earlier than expected. Setup was easy, all you have to do is watch the videos online and get to it. The other kids in the neighborhood were impressed with the quality and the bounce. I got tired of buying the cheap trampolines that need replaced every few years. I highly recommend this company.
