Best trampoline I have ever had the…
Best trampoline I have ever had the pleasure of playing on! My kids love it, and we can jump together as a family without worrying about weight - we can focus on worrying about everything else 😉 It's a fantastic way to get exercise and have fun with your kids. I can also highly rate the net; bless that net, may it always be strong. Well made. High quality feeling materials. New Zealand customer service. 10/10

Communication with JumpFlex was…
Communication with JumpFlex was impossible! I made a mistake on the delivery address (yes, I messed up), but FedEx would NOT redeliver without the request being generated from the shipper (JumpFlex). THAT NEVER happened, and my request (called AND emailed twice) was lost in the lack of communication channel. The SECOND part of the shipment (the cover) could have been redirected PRIOR to shipment to the corrected shipping address, but it WAS NOT...no attempt to reach me was ever made by JumpFlex. NOT HAPPY
