Fast shipping, great trampoline. Everything about this purchase was excellent.

Our first experience purchasing a trampoline was horrible, we bought a 16 foot trampoline with 1000 powered riding hello sooner than we put it together and try to move it into position it folded up like a clam shell. My response was to search for trampolines made in America and I found a jump flex. My boys absolutely love it and we feel safe letting them jump on it. The company was very helpful, I found a spring that was defective and they sent me a whole pack of springs to replace it!

Everything was easy! Exactly as stated. Easy delivery and set up, great product!

Shipping was quick- although I never like fedex- seems like every time they deliver something the box is damaged- no exception here, but everything for the trampoline was safe and intact. Boxes 2 and 3 showed up first and box 1 later in the day- thanks for giving me a heart attack fedex. Anchor kit and slide came separate- tracking provided was accurate. Instructions were easy to follow and required tools were included although like shown in the assembly video I used a ratchet to make the bolts a lot easier and tighter. I assembled myself(adult female) with the help of my 9 year old- on a very hot windy day. Trampoline was heavy and didn’t even attempt to blow away. I would recommend assembly prior to adding the jump surface where ever you plan to have the unit as we had to carry over a fence and it was HEAVY! Net was tight as others have proclaimed- however it seems that it is supposed to be that way and I was able to get it on without too much struggle. Overall, nearly alone, it took me about 4 hours to assemble, but probably would have been easier for a stronger person. Five ⭐️ we’re loving it! Ordered a sprinkler hose thing from another co. that is easily zip tied up top. Kids having a blast on 100 degree days. Hope for basketball hoop to come back in stock soon as I can’t find one that I am confident will work. Looking forward to future fun on our JumpFlex!

Okay, this was such an excellent experience, never mind that we have been in the midst of a pandemic affecting all businesses, large and small. Especially the small business owners! We ordered, and the shipment was enroute within a week, arriving a couple of weeks later. The material and workmanship is excellent, and the trampoline is a huge hit not just for our grandchildren, but all the neighborhood kids. Thank you for such a good shopping experience, and such a great quality product!
