Jumpflex TrampolinesReviews of jumpflex.com

Great experience. Fast shipping

By far some of the best customer service around! Our basketball hoop ad-on broke from the kids being way too rough with it and they sent a replacement for free a couple of days later.

When the trampoline was originally sent, all of the springs were not included. This was incredibly disappointing for my daughter. After many phone calls and emails, the springs finally made it. Jit, was the MOST helpful in resolving this issue. I appreciate his efforts to resolve this as quickly as possible.

The product was shipped quickly and appears to be high quality. I was able to assemble the trampoline myself in about 3 hours. I found an issue with the net enclosure and within a day they shipped out a replacement. I plan to disassemble each winter to increase its lifespan.

Amazing quality trampoline! This is pricier than others, but it is 100% worth it. The build is relatively easy, but time consuming. The hardest part is getting the net on, but otherwise it was super manageable. Our daughter loves this and is having a blast. And secretly, so are we!

I had an excellent experience. Trampoline is everything we expected. Well built! Easy to put together. Kids love it. I had one of the sleeves that had the stitching pop and jump flex sent me a replacement and 4 extras no questions asked. We are very happy!

Great product and great customer service

Bought this trampoline after doing a lot of research. Hands down it is the best "spring" trampoline on the market. Assembly wasn't bad, typical trampoline set up. We were shorted one spring in the box, but we contacted customer support and they sent a 10 pack out to us right away. Amazing customer support, which is hard to come by these days. Our girls LOVE the trampoline, and it's nice that the weight limit is so much higher than the other trampolines on the market so that Mom and Dad can have little bounce as well. This is 100% worth the money.
