As far as the trampoline goes : 5 stars - it is really great quality and sturdy. Looks great in the yard and not junky like most other brands. Really happy with it and impressed I gave 4 stars because of shipping - they don’t ship to Alaska and it turned into a nightmare trying to get it up here .. I shipped it to my moms house in Florida first and thought oh no big deal shipping it the rest of the way.... yes .big deal... 1800 dollar quote for shipping ... then only because my dad has an account for a business we got it down to $920 for shipping ... yes I paid it .. ugh.. i don’t understand why you can ship to washington and can’t ship it one more flight to alaska.... this is 2022 ... figure it out!!

Trampoline was what we wanted. Was missing 1 spring but after a quick chat with customer service I had a 10 pack of springs 3 days later.

Me & my husband searched for trampolines everywhere and we finally decided on Jumpflex, BEST decision we could’ve made, my daughter loves it!

We received the tramp sooner then expected and got it up right away. It was easy to assemble and the kids love it. We all jump on it and have the best of times. Thank you!

The best company I’ve ever dealt with.

We purchased a 12' trampoline from Jumpflex, and the trampoline itself, the overall instructions on how to construct it, the tools to do it and the components, and the service have been outstanding. The components arrived ahead of schedule, the instructions were largely clear, and we now have an amazing trampoline. Upon completion of construction, we realized that we were missing a single spring (the springs that attach the bouncing mesh to the frame), which although didn't really affect our ability to use the trampoline (there are a ton of springs, and missing one was not functionally noticeable), was just kind of frustrating aesthetically. I will emphasize, its quite possible we received all the springs, and we just lost one (having two 11 year olds help with construction brings a level of chaos that could easily result in that missing spring being buried in one of our bushes). Regardless, we contacted Jumpflex, I told them we were missing a spring, acknowledged it could have been our fault, and they without hesitation, sent us out a box of 10 extra springs. Fantastic support and service. Two caveats or notes. While I don't think this is specific to Jumpflex, constructing a trampoline (especially a high quality really well designed one, like the Jumpflex) is no easy task. Again, nothing to do with Jumpflex, its just that I had no idea what it took, so be aware, that its a two adult job, and it'll take several hours of fairly hard work. It'll probably be easier next time, now that we've sort of figured out the little tricks. Second, we chose the 12' because I asked my 11 year old which of all his friends' trampolines he liked best, and he said the 12' Jumpflex, because it was tighter than the bigger ones, so they could jump higher and do easier back drop bounce ups etc. And, it was about the only size that would fit in the space we had for it. It is indeed very springy, fits in our space (just), and the kids love it. But, its a bit small for adults jumping with kids. No way I can safely do a flip with two kids on it. But, that's just our particular dynamics, if adults aren't planning to be on it, it should be fine. But, if you imagine a lot of kids using it at the same time, or do have adults that want to really fly too, then I'd recommend getting a larger one if you have the space for it.
