I've been shopping here for over 20 years. The only issue I've had is the sizing of rings. Some run small. I've not had any issues returning something. I almost always qualify for free shipping. If you buy more than one of any number, you only pay shipping for 1. Their customer service has been thorough, helpful, professional and polite. They are located in Knoxville and I can understand what they say. It appears that their employees go through training. I watch some hosts more than others. There are one or two I prefer to not listen to but they are all professional and mature, at least while on air.

I ordered a ring from them, and noticed that after a week it still hadn't shipped. I contacted them and resolved the issue, but they never contacted me and made me aware that there was an issue in the first place. When I finally recieved my ring, it was beautiful but arrived in a plastic bag inside of a little box. Like when you order from Ebay. That was slightly off putting. A few weeks later the band of my ring (a sapphire and sterling silver solitaire) dented and became misshapen. I've never had that happen, even with costume jewelry.

Buyer be aware! @jtv #jewlerytelevision are scammers!! They're fake and their customer service SUCKS. Two years ago my mom ranted and raved about #jtv. She purchased a Cross Bracelet from this "company". She even took out a credit card with them. Two years later the clasps on her bracelet broke. She called #Jtv and the representative told her to send it in for repair. These people sent it back and said it couldn't be repaired???? Really? A clasps? What kind of incompetent people do you have "working" for y'all? Do not buy their cheap, crappy ugly jewelry. Shop elsewhere!!! I'm leaving #reviews everywhere possible.

This company is on the trustworthy list! I've been shopping with them oh, maybe 20 years now? I'm old and forget stuff anymore! Hahaha! Anyways, during all these years I've only had to send an item back twice. Once because I didn't like it, and once because it had been damaged. Best quality and best prices for jewelry. Fast delivery and well packaged.

I have ordered lots of jewelry from JTV.com and it has always been a positive experience. Shipping is fast and reasonable, sometimes even free! It is very easy to return items & receive a refund, simply send them back in the original package. They will also repair for free items if they arrive damaged and you don't want to return or exchange it. Their prices are fantastic, I will never buy jewelry from a department store or jeweler again since I can find similar items at a fraction of the cost.

I HAVE DONE A LOT OF BUSINESS WITH JTV AND MOSTLY LIKED EVERYTHING I ORDERED. DID HAVE TO RETURN SEVERAL ITEMS, WHICH THEY CLAIM WERE PERFECT, AND THEY WERE NOT. HOWEVER, I AM SO BEGINNING TO DISLIKE THAT CHANNEL, SIMPLY BECAUSE THE EMCEE FOR THE SHOW JUST TALKS, TALKS, TALKS TOO DARN MUCH. AND GOD HELP US, IF THERE ARE TWO EMCEES. ESPECIALLY A MAN. THE TALK WILL RUN ME OFF AND I WILL WATCH SOMETHING ELSE. WHY CAN'T THEY JUST SPEND 1 MINUTE ON THE OBJECT THAT IS BEING SHOWN, AND SHUT UP? AND IF THERE IS A TURNTABLE, WITH 12 ITEMS, WHY IN THE HECK CAN'T SIGNAGE ABOVE TURNTABLE, SLOW DOWN TO THE SAME SPEED AS THE TURNTABLE SO YOU CAN LOOK AT EACH PIECE AND THE PRICE AT THE SAME TIME? WHY DOES IT TAKE AN OLD LADY MY AGE TO FIGURE THAT OUT? JUST SHUT UP AND LET THE PIECES SELL THEMSELVES, FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
