Bryan was great to work with. He was extremely patient as I debated my options and asked tons of questions. Would absolutely use his services again and would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase jewelry.

So they saw my review Bryan Anthony’s)and wanted to make it right by sending an email to me with instructions on refund. That was three days ago and never sent. Go to Mint & Lily. They are reputable.

Hi Cathyann, We sincerely apologize for the frustration this experience has caused, especially after your previous attempts to contact us. We understand how disappointing it is when a piece of jewelry you love doesn't function as it should. We reached out to you directly by email on October 8 regarding your Sea Seeker Hinged Bracelet in Silver. We requested a photo or short video of the clasp issue so we could better assess the problem and help determine the most appropriate resolution. We haven't yet received a response, but we'd still appreciate the opportunity to make things right. Please check your inbox and spam or junk folder for our email and reply when convenient. We're ready to assist you. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, Cathyann. We're sorry your experience has fallen short of expectations.

It is so impressive when a company reaches out and works with customers to address their concerns and make things right! I could not be happier with the responsiveness, professionalism and communication I received from Bryan Anthonys. It’s this commitment to customer service that makes this a brand that I will return to you again and again!

I left a review that was average (love the ring, and a stones fell out), without a request. I was contacted by Customer Service who wanted to ensure I had the quality the company stands behind and exceptional experience, they replaced the rings which is awesome and more important to me was that THEY CARE! I haven't experienced excellent/above and beyond....or even standard customer service in quite a while. I'm SO grateful that Bryan Anthonys reminded me it's still out there. I am a forever EVER customer (and was a forever customer before this experience. THANK YOU!

Liked the bracelets but they threw in an $85.00 "Depth Necklace" I did not order. When apon arrival I emailed them which they immediately responded would send me a return shipping lable. This has gone on since September 4th, 2026. My guess is they are trying to string me out the "30 day return policy" to screw me out of my refund. Don't trust these people!!! Today is September 22, 2026....I'll keep you updated!

Hi Debra, We’re truly sorry for the frustration this situation has caused, and we completely understand why you’re upset. You contacted us about the necklace you did not order, and we’re sorry that getting the return label has taken much longer than it should have. We want to assure you that we are not trying to delay your return or cause you to miss the return window. We responded to your email yesterday and have continued following up with our team to make sure your return request is properly addressed. We sincerely apologize that this has taken so much time and effort on your end. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we’re committed to getting this resolved for you.

I have had several shipments this summer. For the most part everything was great but on one order there was a delay. After back and forth communication the issue got resolved and package was on the way. Love all the products I have purchased and customer service was great!
