ORDER #377083 harness is very easy to put on, but if your dog is a puller don't bother. We constantly have to tighten the belly strap or my 32 lb dog just wiggles out. So frustrating and a waste of money. Also just noticed the harness says Joyride not puglife. Overall just disappointed 😣.

I didn’t want to give them even one star, but you have to give them one star to leave a review. So wish I’d read the reviews prior to ordering. Exactly what everybody says is true today is day seven my order has not shipped I emailed on day 6 and asked to have it cancel as it was supposed to ship within five business days. Their bot response keep coming back saying order shipping now though I asked for it to be canceled! Yesterday day 8 from order date I received an email saying it’s being shipped today (it still hasn’t shipped and link for tracking goes no where) and you’ll have it in 7 to 10 days that would make it three weeks from the time I ordered it.. I wanted it for a road trip which I’m leaving the state that I’m in and not returning and I allowed 2 weeks to get it! No one will answer the phone it just disconnects online support link does not work, I have had to send numerous emails saying cancel my order and refund my money to responses of your orders in the process of being shipped. Their bot that respond to all of your contacts no humans. I so wanted to love this company we have pugs, though I ordered this for my corgi and if I like it I was going to purchase several for my family for Christmas that is NOT going to happen now. I really try never to leave a bad review for small businesses, but this company‘s customer service is horrible.. Many other companies make similar harnesses that you can get on Amazon within one day. Do not order from this company.

This is a fraudulent company. It is impossible to return anything. Plus, you can't get anyone on the phone. They are living off of the name of the original "Pug Life Harness" which is a wonderful company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS.

I ordered a puglife harness for my pugs and got a joy ride harness.... I dont want a joy life harness. I have pugs even if they are made the same. It is not pug life harness.

Harness too large-most likely non returnable I purchased this harness for a mixed breed pup who did not grow as large as expected. Ordered in August, it took a while to arrive. It has never been used because it is too big & heavy for my dog & the huge buckle strap when I put it on her for size, hit her in the arm pit. I do not feel that the return policy was clearly stated at the time of purchase & because you can't get a human for help, it may be past the 60 days. I will be unable to use this harness & now apparently be unable to return it. I wish that I had the sense to read the customer service reviews prior to purchase. They are not good. It would be really nice if your company actually had humans to respond to questions. Perhaps you will be good enough to respond by email & allow me to return this product?

Much Mahalo. Shipping and responsiveness is a little wonky but the products are great. One of our furry kids was a Houdini when it came to harnesses and always was able to back out of hers. Not anymore. Thank you for keeping her safe. When the shipping was significantly delayed, they refunded part of my purchase price to make it right....

absolutely last time i rely on fabricated + reviews to protect my precious 4 paw loved one.. product is cheap and 🐶poochie is not safe...

I ordered two of the harnesses a the size medium and large for our bulldog. $34.95 & 2nd for 19.98. It looks well made & i was impressed by the reviews on the site. Later i noticed it was the reviews they entered and an actual customer is not able to actually leave a review on their site. The phone number 888-976-0072 is a voice mail that directs you to their website. The belly strap is extremely difficult to pull apart. It is hard to open without it on the dog's belly but impossible when it is on the dog. This is ironic because after reading these reviews many customers state that it pulls apart while on the dog. Trying to send it back, but they charge $8.00 for shipping. Beware there are probably better products out there.
