So much easier to put on than a regular harness. I ordered the incorrect size the first time around. Customer service was so helpful in exchanging it for a larger size. You cannot go wrong doing business with this company! They actually deserved a 10 star review. **********

We had a g good experience. Fast, friendly service! Good product! My dogs still pull a little but it's manageable and the best thing is that the harnesses do not cause chafing that most other harnesses do.

Excellent service on replacing a broken harness

A great product EXCEPT one very important aspect...the quick release snap buckle is crap! It opens up at the worst possible times and my dog ran away twice and could have been killed by a car. I still use your harness, but have added a large carabiner to keep the harness closed. If you put a military grade or climbing grade buckle on the harness, it would be perfect.

I do not trust it....my dog pulled and the snap popped open! No Pleased!
