We have a 20 pound Bishon and he is walking much better with your harness. It’s made wonderful and am sure it will last for a long time.

I have 2 puggles. They both started out wearing them. After about 1 month, 1of them stopped walking with it. I have no idea why! My other dog loves his. It's been awhile since I put it on him. I will give it another try and let you know how he does.

Like that he has not slid out or pulled out of Pug Harnress. Wish we could make it a little tighter so it does not slide side to side.

We've only had the harnesses a short time and my 2 Spanish Greyhounds like them. However, I only have one leash with a big enough clip to use on the center ring. Size large. Spring clips don't work. I took a picture but don't see how to post it. So I have to buy a new leash.

After waiting for months to get my replacement item (leash) for a returned harness...I am very pleased with the product. Although the seatbelt attachment appears too small and flimsy, the rest of the setup is a very well made and comfortable for both me and my dog. It's too bad the CS was horrible initially but you redeemed yourselves by finally handling this issue (after multiple calls and emails) and sending me my product. If you can improve on your CS, you'd get 5's across the board. You do have some nice products so you have that going for you.. Good luck, better late than never I guess.
