The Joyride harness has been a great choice for Maggie, she is a rescue Jack Russell mix and has chewed other harness that we've gotten for her. She doesn't seem interested in chewing her Joyride harness. It looks pretty on her.

Very unfair return policy. I was charged $4.95 shipping when I ordered the harness. For practical reasons, I decided it was not going to work for me and returned it the same day, basically untouched. I was charged $12.90 for return shipping and only credited $37.00. Basically, I paid $18.00 shipping for a $37.00 harness.

Not only did i receive a Joyride Harness when I ordered a Pug Life harness, but my dog was able to pull me right off my feet on our walk. I fitted it to her per the instructions, to no avail. A waste of money, with bruises besides.

Hey, Karen - Sorry to hear that this has been your experience. We did change our name from Pug Life to Joyride to be more welcoming to all dog breeds, which is why your item would have had the Joyride labeling on it. All newer orders will reflect this change. And our harnesses have helped countless dog owners set their pups on the right track, while some will require a bit more time and training. We're always happy to provide more tips and tricks, but we also understand if you're not satisfied with your purchase. Please keep in mind that we accept returns for up to 60 days after you receive your order. You can always start that process here: https://joyrideharness.com/a/returns

Have 2 of these for my adult pugs and plan on two more for the puppies when they are older. Great quality, dogs love to get them on. Easy to use.
