Can't write a review on the harness
Can't write a review on the harness. I can right over you on their service. I spent $45 for a harness for my pug. Never received it, they had a tracking number on it says it was delivered went out shortly after the mail person dropped it off. Wasn't there. You would think an item that's $45 and has a tracking number, they would have somebody signed for it. To make sure it arrives at the person's house. Called the post office to ask for help all they said was they would look into it. Email the company told them I never received it they said the same thing they would look into it. Do to the fact that it showed that it arrived there's nothing they can do. So I spent $45 and got nothing. If this is the type of customer service they have I'm not ordering another one. Think before you buy and if you do buy, make sure you are home to receive your item.
